What's in a name? Haig Dimple 15 Year Old whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Haig Dimple 15 Year Old whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Medium-body with warming notes of spice and caramel.
Palate: Well-balanced with smooth notes of honey and toffee, a little smoke and malted barley with just a hint of oak.
Finish: Short and there are notes of fudge and oak.
An elegant blend which will grace any bar cabinet. Rich and complex with higher proportions of aged malts, this whisky has a body, aroma, palate and finish of a vintage thoroughbred. Pinch or Dimple has been bottled in this unique bottle for a generation and over and brings a big smile whenever I see this. Impressive and consistent over the years though the same cannot be said about its availability.

This was the first single malt whiskey I tasted and the best! I have tried other single malt whiskies as well but nothing comes closer...

This is not single malt, it's blend of Malt and grain whiskies.

A very enjoyable drink and an affordable luxury. I rate it very highly as a blended Scotch.

The Vacuum Repairman told me not to leave my safe house, but I had to walk the 8 miles in the snow to this one-horse town just to get a taste of that sweet, sweet Dimple Pinch.
