Nose: Notes of fresh bananas and desiccated coconut. Hints of apple peel, marzipan and sloe berries. Marmalade too, and a hint of cocoa.
Palate: Minty, herbal palate with all kinds of spice notes. The bananas from the nose return, with tropical fruit, orange rind and a thick malt core. It all becomes very spicy late palate.
Finish: Manuka honey and black pepper.
