Glenrothes 12YO OMC Bottling Note

This was distilled at Glenrothes in May 1996. It was then aged for 12 years in a refill butt before bottling in February 2009 for Douglas Laing's Old Malt Cask range. This is a single cask release of just 657 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A spiced, red berry-laden nose, with maple syrup, cinnamon and malt.

Palate: Malty palate with notes of kiwi and manuka honey. Hints of peppermint, eucalyptus and toffee.

Finish: A toffee-led finish, medium-length.
