Glengoyne 14YO 1997 Bottling Note

A release of just 307 bottles on single cask Glengoyne. This was distilled in September 1997 and aged for 14 years in a refill hogshead before bottling for Douglas Laing's Old Malt Cask range in September 2011.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A spiced, woody nose with Demerara sugar, candy floss and grist.

Palate: Rich and fruity, vanilla and guava, hints of applewood and cinnamon.

Finish: Long, gristy finish, a touch of nutmeg on the tail.
