What's in a name? Glengoyne 12 Year Old Cask Strength whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Glengoyne 12 Year Old Cask Strength whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Biscuity, buttery shortbread. Apple.
Palate: Very zingy, lots of barley, lemon sherbet.
Finish: Barley, biscuity.
