Nose: Fruity and honeyed with a touch of calves leather. Fresher than you may expect.
Palate: Toffee apples, gingerbread, sticky toffee pudding with cream.
Finish: More toffee apples as well as freshly sliced ones.
Overall: A vibrant 25 year old Glenfarclas that hasn't been over-aged at all despite a long maturation in quarter casks. Delicious stuff.
