Description

Released in Autumn of 2007, this single Family Cask was distilled in 1954 and matured in a sherry butt (number 444).

Nose

Barley sugar, sherry. Oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

Palate

Rich, intense, peppered spice. Oak, tannic. Rummy, dark sugar, barley, juicy.

Finish

Long, oaked, drying, malmsey, kirshwasser.
