Glenfarclas' 5th release of the 1982 Family Cask. This was filled into plain hoghsead nunber 633, which was bottled on the 4th May 2010, and there was an outturn of 216 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Creamy and sweet. Lots of vanilla and custard greeting the nostrils, hints of coffee, lattes, fudge and doughnuts.
Palate
Fresh flowers, vanilla. Creamy and rich. Apple peels, nutmeg, golden syrup, pear juice.
Finish
Long, vanilla-led finish. Tingling spices on the tail.
