Nose: Thick with a syrupy note of vanilla and fudge. Some higher traces of green apple and clove spice with a hint cinnamon.
Palate: Surprisingly fresh, with more apple and banana notes alongside deeper toffee and bitter chocolate flavours.
Finish: Quite dry and oaky with more of that bitter chocolate and pepper.
