Jim Murray's Whisky Bible
What's in a name? Glencadam 30 Year Old 1982 (cask 730) - Limited Edition whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Glencadam 30 Year Old 1982 (cask 730) - Limited Edition whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Fragrant vanilla, heather honey, citrus and toffee notes.
Palate: More creamy toffee, staying on the light side with lifted fragrant notes, apple blossom.
Finish: Long and creamy, hedgerows.
Overall: Wonderfully matured Highland whisky.
