Glencadam is located in the Eastern highlands and was briefly mothballed betweem 2000 and 2003. This whisky was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2009.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
This Glencadam is particularly aromatic with notes of tulips and violets with further notes of basil and oregano.
Palate
The palate is sweet with notes of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish
The finish creamy with notes of mixed spice and rhubarb.
Overall
This is a light whisky which makes for a great pre-dinner drink!
