Glen Moray 1999 Bottling Note

This twelve year old Glen Moray was bottled by Douglas Laing for the 20cl range of their Old Malt Cask brand. These are known as the 'Advance Samples' and are designed to replicate the sample bottles the Laing brothers are sent to try when selecting the casks they may later bottle.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Vanilla, grist and hazelnuts.

Palate: Creamy with notes of hay, vanilla and lemon zest.

Finish: The finish is ripe with tropical fruits, vanilla and fresh cut grass.

Overall: A fruit and vanilla focussed Glen Moray, bottled at 50%abv without colouring.
