Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Smoky, rich nose with notes of coastal breeze, truffles and toffee apple.

Palate: Menthol and cinnamon, thick malt, orange zest and toffee brittle. A touch of hay, porridge oats and pecans.

Finish: Tart and zesty, notes of lemon juice and pepper on the tail.
