Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich on sherried notes, particularly sultanas, figs, dates and walnut. Hints of pepper and berry fruits, with a little cocoa and espresso coffee.

Palate: Notes of coffee, chocolate and rich spices. Plenty of sherry going on, with hints of walnut again, and pepper. Figs and dates develop.

Finish: Long and spicy, with cloves and cardamom.
