Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Floral notes - particularly fresh apple blossom, notes of dark chocolate, nutmeg and allspice. A little pear juice perhaps.
Palate
Ginger spices, bitter herbs, old oak, vanilla spices, star anise.
Finish
Very spicy with lots of those aniseed notes on the tail, alongside chilli warmth and malt.
