Frasers Highland Reserve Bottling Note

The Highland edition in the Frasers range of single malts from Gordon and MacPhail. This is a refill sherry hogshead matured dram, rich and slightly smoky.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is medium-bodied and sweet. There are notes of creamy toffee and butterscotch, there are some estery notes and a touch of potpourri. The palate is of good body and well-balanced. There are notes of smoke and wood oil, a touch of winter spice and a biscuity note. The finish is long and full.
