Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is quite fresh and crisp. There are notes of cereal sweetness and caramel, plenty of rye and lovely green character. There are hints of sultanas and mixed nuts. The palate is thick and mouth-filling with notes of caramel, candy floss, sultanas and vanilla, a charred oak note and a hint of spice. The finish is quite long and well-rounded.
