Nose: Green and oaky with notes of sweet vanilla, nutmeg and sultana. Hints of redcurrants and barley.
Palate: Hints of bitter oak, creamy malt and custard. Redcurrants and a compote made thereof, a little manuka honey, some charred oak and cinnamon.
Finish: Spicy and very fruity, almost tangy with hints of lavender honey.
