Distilled at Dalmore in 1999, this is a medium-bodied, fruity Highland dram from Gordon and MacPhail. It was aged in refill sherry hogsheads and was bottled for the Connoisseurs Choice range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet, fruity nose with gristy barley malt, toffee apples and berry fruit.
Palate
Spiced, warming palate with buttery malt, blueberry conserve, pepper and sherry.
Finish
Long, fruity finish with custard and cranberries.
Overall
Quite light and very fruity.
