Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Apple peel and a little orange zest. Marmalade, gingerbread and marzipan. Peppery and spicy.

Palate: Cinnamon, malty. Rum-like palate, with notes of lavender and black pepper. Very interesting indeed.

Finish: Almond-led finish. Creamy and nutty.
