Nose: Hints of nutmeg and cinnamon, charred oak and burnt bananas. A little nail polish character with a touch of rancio and apple strudel.
Palate: Hints of subtle smoke, with nutmeg and cloves, some custard, stewed fruit, toffee and pepper.
Finish: Vanilla sweetness and a mix of spices. Very intense, with apple peels on the tail.
