Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sherry to the fore, toasted brioche and vanilla, dates, walnuts, smoked prune juice and heather honey.

Palate: Tropical fruits, malt and cocoa beans, a tinge of black coffee, crème caramel and burnt sugar.

Finish: Creamy and sweet with black pepper on the tail.
