Nose: A sweet, aromatic nose with notes of porridge oats, dowsed in hot milk and honey, a little hayloft character, peppermint and dried orange peel.
Palate: Light body, with fruit, hints of oak, pear and apple peels. Some Demerara sweetness.
Finish: Medium length, honey on the tail.
