Craigellachie Chateau Palmer Bottling Note

This was distilled at Craigellachie in March 1999 and it was aged for 12 years in casks 91741 and 91742 and finished in Chateau Palmer wine casks. It was bottled for the Dun Bheagan range in 2011.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fragrant and fresh with notes of cereal sweetness, oats, cut hay, menthol and marmalade. Hints of poire william liqueur.

Palate: Fruit and oak over the tongue, with pear juice and pear drops! A little guava and spice.

Finish: Peppery and long with tangy fruit and malt.
