Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Very fruity with a mix of apples and pears, hints of juniper, aniseed and malt, some spice and thick, toasty oak.

Palate: Hints of citrus, pear juice, toffee apples, malted barley and honey. A supple, easy-going dram with lovely spice notes.

Finish: Spicy and fruity, quite rich.
