Clynelish 18 Bottling Note

Distilled on the 18th December 1992 at Clynelish, this was aged in two hogsheads before bottling on the 18th May 2011. A release of 771 bottles from Signatory.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A rather fresh nose, with notes of salty air and sultanas. Cantaloupe melons, granary toast and almond oil.

Palate: Jam-like, malt and spice. Some oak, black pepper with salty butter and oily smoke.

Finish: Good length with honeydew melon, spice, lapsang souchong and malt.
