Nose: Sweet and earthy nose, with rich peaty smoke, linseed oil, coastal air, grist and iodine.
Palate: A rich, full palate with salt caramels and a big whack of fruity, medicinal peat. Butterscotch provides sweetness, and notes of sticking plasters, digestive biscuit and ginger add complexity and depth.
Finish: Long and smoky, a touch of peat and salt on the tail.
