This is a superb single cask Caperdonich from Duncan Taylor's impressive Rarest of the Rare range. It was distilled in April 1992 before a 20 year maturation in cask 46215. It was bottled at natural cask strength in August of 2012, with an outturn of 282 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A curiously savoury nose, with notes of pine oil and hints of peppermint. Woody and inviting.

Palate: Rich palate with notes of green tea with verbena. Pine resin, big malt notes and creaking oak. Spices aplenty.

Finish: Herbal, intense finish.
