Matured in refill sherry hogsheads, a 1968 vintage from the Caperdonich distillery. A lovely 39 year old from Gordon and MacPhail's Connoisseur's Choice range.

Caperdonich 1968 Tasting Note

There is a clarity and freshness to the nose with gentle peat and soft smoke. The palate is full and quite dry with cereal notes and malty barley counterbalancing the smoke and estery fruit notes. The finish is warm with gentle smoke and good length.
