Nose: Spicy and sweet on the nose with hints of tar, treacle and rum and raisin. A little pepper, some sweet smoke, lapsang souchong, malt and hazelnut.
Palate: Creamy and spicy with notes of jasmine tea, crème caramel, a little salinity, some soft wood smoke on salty air, calves leather and butterscotch.
Finish: Good length, fruity, sooty and sweet.
