Nose: Thick and spicy with notes of ginger, hints of salty butter, stewed fruits, damson jam, black pepper, truffle oil and a little strawberry conserve on toast.
Palate: Rich and full with notes of gingerbread, spices and hints of peat smoke. It also offers a marvellous salinity, alongside all kinds of desiccated fruits, nutmeg and malt.
Finish: Good length with plenty of malt and spice. Hints of plum jam on the tail.
