Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Demerara sugar, candied orange peel and sweet, oxidised sherry on the nose with a small coastal tang on the nose. The palate is oily and coastal with hints of dry cider and treacle which leads into a long and lingering finish of mixed spice and candied citrus peels.
