Bunnahabhain 10 CC Bottling Note

This is a very tasty single cask, sherry-matured Bunnahabhain from the Vintage Malt Whisky Company's Coopers Choice range. It was distilled in 2001 and was aged in sherry butt number 3196 for 10 years before bottling in 2012. Very good stuff.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A touch of red wine, with notes of coffee, Parma ham, allspice and pear juice. A touch of apple peel.

Palate: Faint notes of peat smoke, ground almonds and peppermint. A little black pepper with allspice, figs and dried herbs.

Finish: Herbal, fruity finish.
