Bunnahabhain 9 Bottling Note

A single cask, packaged in a rather unusual looking sample bottle. This was distilled at Bunnahabhain in 2000, matured for 9 years in cask number 947, and bottled in 2010 by Adelphi at cask strength. A release of 554 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lots of sherry influence, caramel, char, butterscotch, hints of citrus, vanilla, cocoa.

Palate: Coffee, sultanas, resin, nutty, cocoa, walnut, almond.

Finish: Bitter chocolate, coffee, raisins.
