Nose: Oaky and fruity. Notes of satsumas, pepper and sweet apple cider. A little coastal flavour, iodine and linseed oil. Spiced and warming.
Palate: Tropical and rich with notes of cooked bananas, pineapple and just a soupcon of coconut. Aniseed and stem ginger in syrup. Old ropes.
Finish: Marmalade and Madeira cake - medium long and very more-ish.
