Bunnahabhain Signatory 31 Bottling Note

A beautifully dark whisky from Signatory's award-winning Cask Strength Collection. This was distilled on the 21st January 1980 and was aged in sherry butt 604 for 31 years before bottling in 2012. A release of 558 handsome decanter bottles at natural cask strength.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Dried fruits on the nose, notes of spent matches, icing sugar, raspberry jam, chocolate malt and candyfloss.

Palate: Camomile tea, dried strawberries, sweet cereals and molasses. Black pepper and rye spice.

Finish: Long and spiced. Toasty oak and rum cake.
