Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Cut hay, rose petal jelly, mixed conserves, malt and hints of soft smoke.

Palate: Grassy and malty with apple crumble, Demerara sugar, citrus zest and ginger.

Finish: Medium length finish with aniseed and oak.
