Bunnahabhain Dimensions Bottling Note

This Bunnahabhain was distilled in September 1988 and it was aged for 23 years in cask 2358 before bottling by Duncan Taylor for their Dimensions series in November 2011. A release of 225 numbered bottles at natural cask strength.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Cut hay, rose petal jelly, mixed conserves, malt and hints of soft smoke.

Palate: Grassy and malty with apple crumble, Demerara sugar, citrus zest and ginger.

Finish: Medium length finish with aniseed and oak.
