A fabulously rich, darkly hued sherry cask Bunnahabhain, distilled in 1979 and aged in cask 1795 before bottling by Berry Brothers and Rudd in 2011.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sherried and musty, hints of prunes, apricots, spice, applewood and chamomile tea. A little malt, some liquorice and black pepper.

Palate: Thick, syrupy, lots of sherry, hints of crème caramel, rum and raisin ice cream, toffee apples.

Finish: Oak, sherry, raisins, caramel and hints of apple strudel.
