Nose: Yep, heavily-peated all right. Not as heavy as some but it should satisfy phenol fanatics. Heavy wood smoke with some tyres, rich earthy sweetness, malt and molasses.
Palate: The sweetness hits first, very malty and biscuity, but then there is the peat, with more of the tar-like rubber from the nose. This fades to a creamy note.
Finish: Malted butter and wood smoke.
Overall: Great, a definite must buy for anyone interested in peaty drams.
