Nose: Lovely notes of buttery toffee, sherried peels, gingernut biscuits and apple peel. Hints of smoke, kerosene and a little lemon zest.
Palate: Ginger, malt, hints of smoke, thick custard and gentle wafts of maritime air, old ropes and peat smoke.
Finish: Zesty, spicy and malty. Hints of berry fruits, smoke and lapsang souchong tea.
