Bunnahabhain 5 & 7 Bottling Note

A tasty old Bunnahabhain which was distilled in June of 1985 and was aged in casks (two barrels) 5 and 7. It was bottled in 2010 for the Dun Bheagan range. A release of 372 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Thick and malty nose with oily esters and rich leather, fruit, hints of soft smoke, well-hung game, barley sweetness and honey.

Palate: Rich, soft and fruity. Big on sherry and thick malt, hints of charcoal, vanilla, spices and stewed fruits.

Finish: Warming and sweet with nutmeg and cocoa.
