Nose: Fresh bananas and marzipan straight out of the packet, drizzled with Greek honey on the nose.

Palate: Vanilla and butterscotch join the honeyed medley on the palate with a squeeze of lemon juice to zest it up.

Finish: The finish is long with hints of dried banana and lemon zest.
