Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fresh and woody. Notes of shaved oak, resin and sweet, creamy malt. Hints of spice and black pepper.

Palate: Toasty and beautifully woody with upfront vanilla spice, pepper and manuka honey.

Finish: Spicy with hints of throat lozenges, pear drops and toffee apple.
