This is a superb little single cask Bowmore from Speciality Drinks' Single Malts of Scotland range. It was distilled in 1985 before a 26 year maturation.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich notes of honeycomb and milk chocolate. Hints of granary toast with melted salty butter, iodine and pebbles on a beach. Fruity too.

Palate: Slightly smoky, medium-palate with notes of tangerines and dried herbs. Fresh flowers and smoked malt. Sticking plasters and seaspray.

Finish: Medium finish. Charcoal and something slightly medicinal. Fruity.
