Palate: Peat and salt interspersed with floral and vanilla notes becoming a little zesty with time.
Finish: Lemon and lime followed by sea-spray and reams of smoke lingering in a pleasantly long finish.
Overall: All the smoke and sea salt you could want from a Bowmore but with lighter citrus and vanilla notes that give this Scotch another dimension.
