Bowmore 15 #1903 Bottling Note

A rich, smouldering single cask Bowmore from Signatory's superb Cask Strength Collection... This was distilled on the 13th June 1997 before a 15 year maturation in hogshead number 1903 before bottling at natural cask strength.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Salty, coastal nose with damp earth and hints of brackish. Lapsang souchong, a little mint.

Palate: Minty, medium-bodied palate with notes of mustard seed and smoked tea leaves. Custard apples, wood ash and peat smoke.

Finish: Long finish. Salted butter and hints of peat.
