Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: An apple-led, aromatic nose with hints of salted butter and old ropes, a little gentle peat and juicy barley.

Palate: Peated and lightly ash-like with hints of pear juice, barley sugar, a little linseed oil and just a touch of sticking plasters.

Finish: Cocoa and seaweed on the finish.
