Description
A wonderful port cask finished whisky from Bowmore. This Islay single malt is a great find for a collector, especially if their name is Dawn.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Smoky and spicy. Rosemary, lavender, peat and salinity. Redcurrants, malt, rhubarb crumble, orange zest, seaweed.
Palate
Toffee, and malt, strawberries, spices, peat smoke and hemp ropes. Nutmeg, cherries. Very wine-like.
Finish
Wine-like again, tangy and very fruity. Wood smoke, toffee.
