Nose: Fruity and intense with notes of hoisin sauce, soy, espresso beans, toffee apple, chocolate orange, a little wood smoke and hints of salty butter.
Palate: Rich with notes of stewed fruits, calves leather, old oak, potpourri, orange zest, marmalade on toast and sherry.
Finish: Good length with notes of oak, toffee and spices.
