Nose: Oily, with notes of kippers, salt spray and dried herbs. Smoky and intense, with notes of apple and orange peel.
Palate: Very peaty and rich - classic Bowmore. Notes of freshly cut herbs, with an oily, smoky, almost fish-like quality to it. Utterly divine though, in its own unique way.
Finish: Tar and iodine with a hint of salty smoke from a wood smoker.
